Help Me Grow is a program for Ohio’s expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provides health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow can assist if there are concerns about a child’s development or if a family could benefit from parenting education through home visits.
If you are a parent,
there are several ways you can be connected to Help Me Grow of Cuyahoga County.

- Complete the Request for Services Form. Click here for the Request For Service Form.
- Call OHIO Help Me Grow at 1-800-755-4769 to be connected to the local Help Me Grow Program.
- Complete the referral information at www.ohiohelpmegrow and submit.
If you are not the parent or guardian (i.e. family member, neighbor, day care provider, etc.),
please speak with the child’s family first. Help Me Grow will contact the family for their permission to proceed with the referral, and they may accept or decline.

If you are a physician,
you have several options for making a referral to Help Me Grow of Cuyahoga County.
- If your practice is connected to a hospital system (MetroHealth; University Hospitals; Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation) you can contact a Hospital-based Child Find Specialist and they will make referrals for you.
