Help Me Grow is a statewide program for infants and toddlers under the age of three (3) and their families. Services are voluntary and core services are at no cost to families.

The purpose of Help Me Grow is to:

• provide the information, support and encouragement, through home visiting, that parents need to help their children develop optimally during the early years of life.

• provide families, of a child with a delay or disability, access to the supports and services needed for their child to achieve optimal growth and development.
