Recommended Immunization Schedule
Age of child Vaccine name

newborn to 2 months


Hepatitis B vaccine
1-4 months
Hepatitis B vaccine, 2nd dose should be administered at least 1 month after the first.
2 months Diptheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis vaccine (DtaP), Haemophilus Influenzae type b vaccine (Hib), Inactivated Poliovirus vaccine (IPV), Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV).

4 months

DtaP, Hib, IPV, PCV
6 months
DtaP, Hib, PCV

12-15 months


Hib, Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine (MMR), PCV
12-18 months
Varicella vaccine (Var), May be given at any visit after first birthday.

15-18 months


DtaP
4-6 years

DtaP, MMR, IPV
11-12 years
Tetanus booster (delay if less than 5 years since last tetanus vaccine injection).
