Is Help Me Grow still providing services?

Yes! Help Me Grow’s knowledgeable professionals can connect pregnant women and families to the services and resources they need, especially as things change during and after the pandemic.

Can I still refer a family for services?

Yes! Central Intake and Referral staff is still working during this time to connect families with the services they need. Anyone can refer a family, and the referral process is easy. Call 1 (800) 755-GROW (4769) or complete the web referral form.

How will my family receive Home Visiting and/or Early Intervention during this time?

Each home visit may look different for each family. Home Visiting and Early Intervention provides services in a variety of ways, which may include video, phone, and/or in-person visits.

I recently signed up for Home Visiting services. When can I expect my services to start?

Once you have been assigned to a Home Visiting agency, you will learn how and when your family will receive services. Your service provider will work with you to provide services in a way that meets your family's needs.

My child was recently referred for Early Intervention. What’s next?

Once the family is assigned to an Early Intervention provider, that provider will walk the family through the eligibility process and determine the next steps.

Will someone be coming into my home during this time?

Home visitors and Early Intervention service coordinators will be able to explain what your visits will look like. During this time, services are being provided in a variety of ways, which may include virtual visits using video or the telephone, materials for you and your child may be dropped off, and/or in-person visits.
